Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, if the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
We accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) plants within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged plant to our WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we verify the return. UPI refunds are fastest, bank transfers may take longer.
